20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I have tried to purchase 2 properties through Freeman Foreman and will never go to them again. They do not appear to value or want to work with buyers. The first time they didnt bother to turn up to a viewing and the second time where very dismissive of an offer i put forward, saying when i had on offer on my property to come back ... but in a dismissive efficiace way. I thought estate agents were meant to work for buys and sellers to get the best deal for their seller ... not upset buyers so they walk away from the agency!

My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!

7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I contacted Flying Fish about selling a property. They said they would provide information at least by the following day. They didn’t. I called again after a couple of days and they said they would look into it and get back to me but again they never came back to me. When they eventually responded they sent it to an incorrect email address. The response that Flying fish have left in response to my review above is completely untrue. They did not turn down my business. Rather they sent me 2 rather nasty emails. This is absolutely not an estate agent I would trust. I have now signed up with Bracketts who are very professional. I will be contacting Google with reference to the incorrect comments Flying fish have made.

I am sure this contributed to a significant amount of viewings and an offer being put in after two weeks. David and his team kept me informed throughout the journey. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

Selling my house hasn’t been the easiest journey, with a few difficult and uncertain times along the way and a few tears, but the team were always there to guide me, reassure me and keep everything moving forward and never gave up. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and informed. Hayley, Ross and Joe have been patient, understanding and incredibly hardworking from start to finish, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done to help me finally reach this milestone. 23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Thomas and his team were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Whatever we needed answering, support or chasing they were on it quickly. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.
15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)They were okay. We worked with a few estate agents in the area and ended up buying with Vince Taylor Tofts. They seemed eager at first and then seemed to lose interest after we didn't make an offer on the third house viewing, even going as far as to suggest we make an offer as soon as we'd viewed a house 'because the sellers will have to sell to another interested party if we don't'. One of the managers was also rather...creative in his description of the garden size of a property we viewed which ended up wasting our time, and the time of the agent as it was nothing like he suggested. When our offer was accepted, I made a point of emailing all the agents to let them know, so they don't spend any time looking for us and Oakfield were the only ones who didn't bother responding.
