The staff was kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something needed addressed, Rachel was helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market. Would gladly let a property advertised by Cavendish.

Asking price excellently pitched to gain a price much higher than that in the end. Good follow up service between both party's solicitors. Thoroughly recommend this branch of Hamptons. This was a long, protracted process that took nearly two years to complete. Fiona Berg was our main contact throughout, and she was incredibly patient over the months, keeping us informed whenever there was an update. She consistently went above and beyond, diligently trying to progress the sale despite facing significant communication difficulties with the seller. We highly recommend Fiona and the Freeman Foreman team for their diligence and exceptional professionalism throughout this process
20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)If you want to actually sell your house, look no further.<br><br>Surrounded by agents selling aspirational target sale prices they offer pragmatic pricing advice to actually attract interest and then invest real effort in driving your sale through to completion. Don't be the vendor who tries two aspirational Crowborough agents before moving to a T.Wells agent. If you aren't getting interest, the price is wrong. It's really that simple.<br><br>Once you have a buyer, you then want an agent that's going to get on with the real work and also maintain a relationship with your buyer to prevent the sale falling through.<br><br>They are genuinely motivated to drive your sale through not just floating about reacting being nagged.<br><br>Rather than being tempted by the highest possible target sale price being offered to you - go and have a chat with the team and make your mind up based upon who you want working with you once you've actually accepted an offer.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

28th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted Kings Estate Agents after seeing them advertise that they were actively looking for properties to sell. I asked if they would represent my home, only to receive a haughty email to say that my Property didn’t reach The calibre of the kind of property they wanted to market and they were at capacity only wanting to focus on premium properties.<br><br>I found this both surprising and disappointing. My property is a well-presented two-bedroom ground floor conversion with off-road parking in a desirable central Tunbridge Wells location, and Kings regularly market similar properties. To make matters more confusing, the very next day I saw them advertising on Facebook asking for more properties to sell.<br><br>I completely understand that every estate agent has the right to choose which instructions they take on. However, I was left feeling disregarded and that my property wasn’t worthy of their time. A more considerate and transparent explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

She conducts herself in such a professional manner, is understanding, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. She is courteous, polite and very thorough. 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Communication was good but sometimes I didn't hear anything after viewings and had to push for feedback or check ins. I also had to pay to exit the contract unlike with other local agents after my houses didn't sell.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret!<br><br>From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. I don’t plan to move again any time soon but when I do I know exactly who I’ll be calling to help with the process.
20th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor
