12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

At the beginning Dan was thorough and responsive- this was an important characteristic through the whole process. Viewings were arranged efficiently with zero ‘no shows’. Our offers were dealt with promptly and carefully with Dan providing appropriate guidance and expertise. From offer to exchange Dan was thorough and timely in resolving all the little niggles on both sides, never becoming frustrated and always professional. Altogether an amazing service and an excellent rate of commission. Thoroughly recommend.

Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend.

I live over 600 miles away from the property they sold, & they were professional, extremely helpful & always kept me updated on everything that happened. I would firmly suggest with regard to selling a property with them that you absolutely listen to their advice, particularly with regard to the valuation, always remember they know the market in the area. They didn't just do the basic estate agent things but went above & beyond to ensure the property was sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)After having attempted to sell our house the previous year through a long established local well know estate agent where the services offered were well below what I had expected, we subsequently took the house off the market. I am so pleased we decided to remarket the following year with Flying Fish: Natalie and Bradley are so knowledgeable and invested in every aspect of sale and their after sale investment was not like any I’ve ever experienced. This is the fifth home we have sold and their attention to detail and communication is far superior, we never had to chase up any aspect from start to finish, their liaison with all parties and solicitors I have never experienced before. All other estate agents have a lot to live up to: Immediate feedback on our WhatsApp group, they know their industry inside and out, staged our home for photos and gave true honest advice which paid off. All viewings are run by them and thus they can answer all questions immediately to prospective buyers. I really cannot recommend highly enough..they even supported us on finding our cat that managed to escape on moving day! If we ever move again I wouldn’t even think twice about who I would go to. Thank you to you both who supported us through all the highs and lows of what wasn’t an easy journey: Flying Fish was so on top off the solicitors but we finally got there!

30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely first class service, if I had another house to sell, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.<br>Completely professional, very friendly, and a team that works really well together.<br>We have just completed a difficult and drawn out house sale, but the individuals at Waghorns were incredibly tenacious, part of their success coming from being really personable and helpful to both sides, as well as keeping solicitors on the ball.<br>They take a genuine interest in the client and, despite any difficulty, are reliable and fun to work with. 20th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x
3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.
