9th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

5th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I have been asked to remove my original review. Ok, I will now just shorten it. I am a cash buyer and have asked to view a property in Cranbrook for the last 2 weeks - we have had a variety of excuses back, I am sure that more than one person works here and could have shown me around. I will presume that they do not wish to sell this property and go elsewhere to a more professional firm - one that is geared around the buyer and not having to fit in with the agency and what suits them. AVOID

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 6th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all cost. Called them at 9am the day after an ad was posted. They said that line was busy so I tried calling a few times to no avail. Repeated this for the next few days and got the same response - "busy line, we will request an urgent callback". 2 weeks later, no responses still.

(28 reviews)8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)After pulling out of the sale of 17 Widham Purton Wiltshire due to the fact that the seller (18 Widham. Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
