We were left high and dry after dealing with the worst estate agent in Otford, only to find ourselves thankfully in very capable hands. Seamless rental arranged by Paddi/Rose while waiting for our purchase to go through. Can't fault any of the process, always available to speak to, timely responses to emails. Hamptons went above and beyond. Many thanks.

The staff was kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something needed addressed, Rachel was helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market. Would gladly let a property advertised by Cavendish.

Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

28th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted Kings Estate Agents after seeing them advertise that they were actively looking for properties to sell. I asked if they would represent my home, only to receive a haughty email to say that my Property didn’t reach The calibre of the kind of property they wanted to market and they were at capacity only wanting to focus on premium properties.<br><br>I found this both surprising and disappointing. My property is a well-presented two-bedroom ground floor conversion with off-road parking in a desirable central Tunbridge Wells location, and Kings regularly market similar properties. To make matters more confusing, the very next day I saw them advertising on Facebook asking for more properties to sell.<br><br>I completely understand that every estate agent has the right to choose which instructions they take on. However, I was left feeling disregarded and that my property wasn’t worthy of their time. A more considerate and transparent explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

She conducts herself in such a professional manner, is understanding, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. She is courteous, polite and very thorough. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.
