He is that very rare estate agent … he understands how to listen, exactly how to promote a sale and best of all, he looks to the interests of both buyer and seller which really helps the selling process to progress smoothly. I highly recommend him.

Mark Waldron has provided us with excellent help and advice throughout, from our first meeting with him for valuation purposes, then during viewings and consideration of offers, and finally helping us to navigate through exchange and completion. Mark and his team have made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible and we highly recommend them.
30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)We had a great experience renting through Cavendish. The team were friendly, professional, and very helpful, from the initial viewing through to moving in. The process was straightforward and our questions were answered really quickly. We especially appreciated how responsive annd helpful our Property Manager, Rachel, was throughout the tenancy process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

26th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance. Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Probably the best property agent in Tunbridge Wells in 2026. Despite the difficult market conditions for sellers right now, Lauren has an absolute knack for selling properties quickly and even off-market, for a great price, before other agents would have even got going. As someone that has worked in the property industry for 20 years, I have been shocked at how quickly she sold our property, as well as the great sale price she achieved, for not only us but also one of our neighbours in a seperate sale. I really didn't think traditional high street agencies could or would be so creative and work to such a high level but Lauren clearly brings skills that she has acquired from other industries and uses them to full effect when placing buyers with properties. The result... she knocks socks off. And Despite being a killer saleswoman, you wouldn't know it from speaking with her, she's super nice, quick to build trust and confidence and doesn't cut corners later with the after sales/sales progression like a lot of top sellers often do. I've already told her, not only would we use her again on any property matters, regardless of what agency she represented at the time, but I would even employ her in our agency in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks again Lauren, you're a superstar.

Natalie and Bradley kept us informed throughout with clear and prompt communication. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
