They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. He and his team kept us updated throughout the sale and were quick to answer questions.<br><br>This was especially valuable during some tricky moments (when information wasn't particularly forthcoming from other parties in the chain), without that, sales can ultimately fall apart.<br>Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and Ed made the process as smooth as possible.<br><br>I'd happily recommend him and Knight Frank Sevenoaks to others.

Deborah’s approach was insightful, honest and professional and she clearly understands the Tunbridge Wells market. All of the viewings team were friendly and professional and gave prompt feedback.<br><br>We would highly recommend the services of Maddisons to anyone selling in the Tunbridge Wells area.

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

She answered all of my questions and gave clear guidance on what the process would look like, and I left the viewing feeling like this was the right fit for me. Kirsty was equally helpful, keeping me updated throughout, and I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently everything came together. The professionalism in this office is unmatched compared to other letting agents I've dealt with in the past. Huge credit to this team.

Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A huge thank you to Marcus and the whole team for helping us get our new home over the line!

They were professional, yet offered a very personal service. I appreciated their support during the ups and downs of conveyancing. Emails were answered promptly and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.

The entire process, from our initial enquiry to securing our new home, was handled professionally and efficiently. Theo was outstanding throughout. He was approachable, responsive and consistently clear in his communication, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly addressing any questions we had. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence in the process and made everything feel smooth and well organised. 25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

Martin & Co make use of an easy to navigate portal where you can submit all the required documents for referencing online, at your own pace which honestly made the whole process so much less stressful for me.<br><br>Looking forward to many happy years renting through Martin & Co.

26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)After having attempted to sell our house the previous year through a long established local well know estate agent where the services offered were well below what I had expected, we subsequently took the house off the market. I am so pleased we decided to remarket the following year with Flying Fish: Natalie and Bradley are so knowledgeable and invested in every aspect of sale and their after sale investment was not like any I’ve ever experienced. This is the fifth home we have sold and their attention to detail and communication is far superior, we never had to chase up any aspect from start to finish, their liaison with all parties and solicitors I have never experienced before. All other estate agents have a lot to live up to: Immediate feedback on our WhatsApp group, they know their industry inside and out, staged our home for photos and gave true honest advice which paid off. All viewings are run by them and thus they can answer all questions immediately to prospective buyers. I really cannot recommend highly enough..they even supported us on finding our cat that managed to escape on moving day! If we ever move again I wouldn’t even think twice about who I would go to. Thank you to you both who supported us through all the highs and lows of what wasn’t an easy journey: Flying Fish was so on top off the solicitors but we finally got there!

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

It was a stressful time with ups and downs but I always felt like she was on our side. She gave honest, thoughtful advice and was always available when we needed her. If I ever sell a property in the future I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
