18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

We had other evaluations, but we felt he was right for us and we weren’t wrong. The photos he took really brought out the best features of the property and we had viewings quite quickly. Tim was always available when we had questions and we trusted his expertise and guidance.

He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and knew exactly how to stage the house to maximise its appeal. He quickly secured a buyer in a great position and was without exception available for any questions and to keep on top of the solicitors on both sides. He remained level headed through what can be a very stressful situation and I would unreservedly recommend him!
