2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I recently concluded a tenancy with Alexandre Boyes, I feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future tenants. Initially, the estate seemed promising; however, I soon faced significant issues. The most pressing was a large damp problem within both bedrooms of the property, which was acknowledged by the agency but, disappointingly, remained unresolved for the last six months of my tenancy. This not only affected my living conditions but also raised concerns about long-term health impacts. Another surprising oversight was the miscommunication regarding the property's parking situation. I was informed the road was public, but it turned out to be private, leading to unnecessary tension with neighbors. Furthermore, my experience with the deposit return process was particularly stressful. The attempt to withhold the majority of my deposit without clear justification was unsettling. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) mediated, resulting in a £400 return in my favor, which highlighted the discrepancies in the agency's claims. Despite these challenges, I attempted to facilitate a smooth transition by allowing viewings after I moved out, two months before the end of my agreement. I even reached out proactively to ensure the property was left in a satisfactory condition for the next tenant. Regrettably, my efforts to communicate and address potential issues were met with silence, only for these same points to be unfoundedly cited against me at the end of the tenancy. I could talk to more examples of failure from Alexandre Boyes such as the broken back gate which they were aware of as I had reported it twice already, The next door neighbor ended up paying for the repairs in the end due to the lack of response from Alexandre Boyes. This experience has been a learning curve. While I understand that managing properties and expectations can be challenging, transparency, communication, and action are crucial in the estate agency business. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for Alexandre Boyes, to improve their service for future tenants.- 14th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Have been seeking advice and guidance about my next property move. The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.
20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
