30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.

The process was straightforward and our questions were answered really quickly. We especially appreciated how responsive annd helpful our Property Manager, Rachel, was throughout the tenancy process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property!

Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.

15th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We used bracketts for our level 3 RICS survey on a house purchase recently. I dont often leave reviews, but this was exceptional! The work was incredibly thorough. The write-up was incredibly clear, with non-technical explanations and path forward with repair suggestions. We then had a followup call after reading to clarify even more. It’s a nerve wracking scenario buying a 140 year old property, but I do believe the work done by bracketts is great and I have high confidence in the survey. Thank you

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Probably the best property agent in Tunbridge Wells in 2026. Despite the difficult market conditions for sellers right now, Lauren has an absolute knack for selling properties quickly and even off-market, for a great price, before other agents would have even got going. As someone that has worked in the property industry for 20 years, I have been shocked at how quickly she sold our property, as well as the great sale price she achieved, for not only us but also one of our neighbours in a seperate sale. I really didn't think traditional high street agencies could or would be so creative and work to such a high level but Lauren clearly brings skills that she has acquired from other industries and uses them to full effect when placing buyers with properties. The result... she knocks socks off. And Despite being a killer saleswoman, you wouldn't know it from speaking with her, she's super nice, quick to build trust and confidence and doesn't cut corners later with the after sales/sales progression like a lot of top sellers often do. I've already told her, not only would we use her again on any property matters, regardless of what agency she represented at the time, but I would even employ her in our agency in a heartbeat if given the chance! Thanks again Lauren, you're a superstar.

The communication was great throughout , from the initial viewing with Vicky to the deposit and subsequent exchange.Kerry the progression lady was great and really knew her stuff,Dealing with and liaising with the seller on my behalf in order to get over the line. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
