Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

Sandie was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was always on hand when we had questions. We feel Sandie and the team went above and beyond with the service they provided. We had previously had difficulty with estate agents, however Cavendish were wonderful! Thank you all so much for supporting the smooth and quick sale of our house.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!
