Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. As first time buyers, the helped guide us through the process, were informative, and also very accommodating with facilitating multiple viewings of our now home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

15th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)I was selling a family home in Rusthall by means of travelling from Scotland and multi tasking all events as logical and as quickly as I could. From the moment I was given a contact of Marc at KMJ through a recommendation I realised straight away my life on selling a property through a auction was going to be very straight forward and stress free. If that is at all possible. The whole process became well communicated, and considering the couple of times I needed to travel from Glasgow to Rusthall the whole stress of selling a house was made simple. I can not thank the KMJ team enough for getting through the process in the way we did. Would highly recommend. Many thanks. Mark

I found the two agents Katy and Lauren who were my contacts in the property I purchased, accessible, very communicative and took initiative when I needed it the most. I would highly recommend them.
20th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I cannot fault the service that Martin & Co provide as Letting Agents, and I highly recommend them. The staff in the Tonbridge office are all friendly,, professional and very efficient. As a tenant, I found that any problems arising in the flat were speedily resolved. They respond to emails promptly and keep you updated with progress reports. Thank you to the Team for the great service you provided for entire length of my tenancy (approx. 3 and a half years).

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

The terms and conditions were very reasonable at a competitive price compared to the bigger estate agents. Steve was very genuine, constantly available through mobile chat and emails. He recommended the solicitors i used were also very helpful. The service i received I couldn’t fault them, highly recommended.

22nd Apr 2025 (25 days ago)Having failed to sell my house using one of the larger, more well known estate agencies, I wanted to find somewhere independent with a more personal service - which is exactly what I got when I asked Maison to help me to sell. From the very beginning, Zac and Damian were fantastic. They are both extremely friendly and helpful at the same time as being very professional and experts in their field. They do all the viewings themselves unlike the bigger agencies who send out lots of different people to conduct viewings. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking for that little bit extra when selling their home. Thank you Maison!
