9th Nov 2023 (26 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

Given how exhausting these processes can be (i.e., house search, rental application, documentation, moving, etc); engaging with Molly from Leaders made a world of difference in giving us a humane & excellent experience. Good letting agents still exist & Leaders is one of such.

1st May 2024 (5 days ago)Lauren and Katy were great, kept in touch all the time, updating us and gave us good advice on house prices. I'm little disappointed with the fixed fee price, I think it should be from the sold price, not the marketed price. And the reason we've chosen your move was that we would be advertised on Zoopla,but after a few months your move cancelled it and we didn't have a say if we would agree on that. We were only informed after I found out that we're not on the Zoopla website.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. They have answered all my questions and helped me know when an acceptable offer was made on the house. Lisa always kept in contact on a regular basis to let me know how any viewings went and to update me on the progress of the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell in the Tonbridge area.

6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all cost. Called them at 9am the day after an ad was posted. They said that line was busy so I tried calling a few times to no avail. Repeated this for the next few days and got the same response - "busy line, we will request an urgent callback". 2 weeks later, no responses still.
