7th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

A really great Team (A big personal Thank you to Dan' and Mike ????) led by Stephen Baker who is really helpful, easy to talk to, always on hand every step of the way and very knowledgeable. Took a lot of stress out of Selling (& buying! my next home) Definitely in safe hands with them.

He answered all the questions I had about the property, and gave us as much time as we needed to look around to look around. Had all the paperwork email over to make an offer on the property within and hour of viewing as he promised. So grateful for all his help !

29th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Never again. I lacked confidence in them, example in their words 'researching the correct steps to fulfil the sale'. It's a Park Home you don't even need a solicitor! Although I had used them before and dropped out of selling due to health problems they APPROACHED ME this time fully aware of acting for a 70 year old with heart problems and again when the stress and uncertainty caused health issues to flare instead of understanding that they knowingly had gone into the risk charged £1200 with the various bullshit excuses about 'researching correct steps' Errrr... You're an Estate Agents! Park Homes aren't exactly hens teeth around Torbay you should like Connells be well aware of how to sell one and 'hand delivered documents' errr...I offered to come and collect them and was told by the office not to bother as they had someone just round the corner that afternoon who would 'pop them through the letter box'. So in summary a small charge would have shown decency and common sense, £1200 for a risk they touted for is in my opinion the proof of their attitude and why I would most certainly never go near them again.

I feel they actually care about you as a client (they won't laugh if you have dumb question they understand that it's important to you). They provided me with exceptional service. 2nd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)We have recently sold our property with Jasper and the lovely ladies in the office at Ware Commercial and could not fault their effort and support. All of the team are incredibly knowledgeable about getting the best results for you. They will offer professional advice when dealing with solicitors (their advice was much better than our solicitor's - saving us thousands of pounds). An incredible team that I can't recommend enough.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
