The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.

Always professional, even when it gets stressful, Helen was a godsend and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kelcie was so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues I had. She made the overall process very stress free and constantly communicated with me to make sure I was up to date on my knowledge of the properties I viewed. She is a true credit to the William H Brown Pudsey team.

Applying for a mortgage again after 20 years, the process had changed so much. Fiona held our hands, filled me with confidence and kept me sane throughout. A massive shout out to the manager Vicky and the agent Paul for being there for me. I would recommend these folk to anyone looking for a new home, particularly if you are going through trying times like myself.

The staff at this office are extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. Once I had engaged their services I had nothing more to do and the whole experience was stress free. The whole team at Bradley’s work together and they are aware of every aspect of the sale as it progresses Thank you all at Bradley’s Paignton for allowing me to continue my normal life without having to worry about anything and for that I will be forever grateful.

Jordan James our main contact and the other staff in the office were always most helpful, friendly and polite. Stags Torquay is a highly professional office and gives excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We each came away greatly impressed not just by the house, but by the dedicated agent who so kindly showed us around. I'm very pleased to be dealing with Lewis at HS Owen. As a serious buyer who's been in the thick of finding the right property, having the right estate agent makes all the difference. By now, I have met countless estate agents. The joy of viewing properties had begun to wane. All agents have been eager to understand my requirements and come to my assistance. However, hand on heart, within a second of viewing my dream property, I forgot Lewis was an estate agent! Lewis is a man overflowing with merit in both the personal and professional. Lewis is highly professional with his approach to work. He is highly congenial, is an excellent and personable communicator, has a great deal of local area knowledge, understands what viewers need to know, yet doesn't bombard with information. He is a godsend because he's also a creative and imaginative thinker and gave me some brilliant ideas about possible ways to add space and dimension to the property. Also, he's practical and freely supplied advice about the order in which to carry out work. He pointed out things that I, my son nor my friend would not have noticed or considered. Lewis gave me plenty of time to gain a full initial impression of the house. He has an unhurried style without being at all casual. There was no hard-sell, no reading off a script and certainly no crowding my ability to make my own observations. Lewis gets eleven out of ten and a very big thank you from me for making our viewing of this dream house outstandingly positive. I look forward to more dealings and proceedings and have every confidence I am in the best hands.

They were at the end of the phone if we had any questions and kept us informed throughout. A great team and would highly recommend. Thank you Steve, Meg, and team for everything you did.
29th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Never again. I lacked confidence in them, example in their words 'researching the correct steps to fulfil the sale'. It's a Park Home you don't even need a solicitor! Although I had used them before and dropped out of selling due to health problems they APPROACHED ME this time fully aware of acting for a 70 year old with heart problems and again when the stress and uncertainty caused health issues to flare instead of understanding that they knowingly had gone into the risk charged £1200 with the various bullshit excuses about 'researching correct steps' Errrr... You're an Estate Agents! Park Homes aren't exactly hens teeth around Torbay you should like Connells be well aware of how to sell one and 'hand delivered documents' errr...I offered to come and collect them and was told by the office not to bother as they had someone just round the corner that afternoon who would 'pop them through the letter box'. So in summary a small charge would have shown decency and common sense, £1200 for a risk they touted for is in my opinion the proof of their attitude and why I would most certainly never go near them again.

From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo

9th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)STAY CLEAR FROM HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES they promised us that with a guarantor our bad credit wouldn't matter just so they could keep our holding fee absolute horrible company don't fall for there tricks , my wife became very sick after dealing with these crooks, every bit of information that we knew about which was most was revealed to them and after they convincing us with a guarantor this couldn't happen they still kept it , legal action is the only way you will get your money bk We have been through the complaint procedure with no success this is exactly what you want people to do when there homeless or nearly homeless you do this and hope people will roll over lie and more lies

14th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)I purchased a property through this estate agency but this has to be tbe worst estate agent I have had the displeasure of working with. In two viewings of the property neither time the estate agent accompanied us leaving the vendor to show us around. We purchased the property but the house was not taken off sale until two months later and countless calls, each with a different excuse to why it hasn't been taken down, only me threatening to pull out resolved it. One month into the purchase I called to see progress and the staff member I spoke to didn't even know the house was sold. A week later they cancelled my surveyor appointment thinking I wasn't proceeding. One month after that I had a call from their team asking if I wanted to view a property they had just taken on. I could never get hold of their progressions team and never got a response. When asking if we could view the property before exchange they said they would try but didn't have a key and the owners were away, then avoided the request and on day of moving I had a call to say they would be out of the office and they would leave a key somewhere safe for me to collect. They then called back and said there was a key in a keysafe all along. I insisted on them checking this, lucky I did as there wasn't. I would have turned up and been unable to get in. Avoid them at all costs.

We bought our house through Daniel and he ensured that the process was as smooth and quick as it possibly could be, always on hand to support and answer queries. We subsequently used Daniel to find a tenant so we could lease a property. Daniel displays so much care and attention throughout the process I am sure he couldn't do more if he was letting his own property. It is so reassuring to know that the management team looking after your property really do care and will ensure it is well cared for!
