He explained every details of each properties we visited when we went for viewing, very jovial, easy to approach and all, and most importantly on time.<br><br>All the staff of the Taylors Estates Agent are all amazing and wonderful. They are the right team for this job.<br>I give you all 10 Stars<br>Whenever I call on phone, they answer and explain all questions I brought up.<br>They made sure I was successful at the end of the day.<br>I am very happy I am partnering with the Taylors Estates Agency on this.<br>I won't forget to mention that they referred me to Mortgage Advisor, Solicitor, they are all fantastic, they are all on time to deliver the job to be honest.<br>Kudos all!<br>You all are stars!<br>Love you guys xxxx
4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We honestly can’t recommend John Couch Estate Agency highly enough.<br><br>They acted for us on both our sale and purchase this summer, but their involvement with us has actually stretched over well over a year from when we first saw our dream house for sale with the agency and putting our own home on the market with them. What started as a relatively simple house sale and purchase ultimately turned into one of the most stressful and challenging exchanges we’ve ever personally experienced — and there were certainly moments when we wondered whether we would ever get to the finish line!<br><br>I genuinely don’t think we would have done so without the incredible skill, experience and determination of the team at John Couch. They went above and beyond throughout the process, constantly communicating, chasing, negotiating and, when things became incredibly complicated, finding ways to keep everything together.<br><br>It really made us appreciate what a great estate agent is actually there to do. It’s not just about putting a property on Rightmove or showing people around a house. The real skill comes in knitting together a chain, understanding all the moving parts, managing expectations, finding solutions and doing everything possible to make sure a deal stands up and gets to completion.<br>And that is exactly what John Couch did for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work, patience and expertise over what has been a very long journey. They handled the sale of my mum’s house very professionally and were always helpful, approachable and kept me well informed throughout the process.<br><br>They were responsive whenever I had questions and always took the time to explain what was happening. The whole team were friendly and professional, and I felt the sale was in safe hands throughout.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Felt like we were just processed rather than engaged with. Promised much on first meeting and very encouraging. Sadly empty words about actual engagement, advice or support.
