Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Initially the service in the beginning was very good, however then after a week or so slowed down. Initially I was told that it was due to sickness. Unfortunately Warners put my photos in the wrong order when launching flat sale although I had checked them and agreed order in advance, so that was a disappointing start, can’t prove it affected the sale in the end or the price I got for it, but it was below the projected price. Efficient. Initially, my tenants showed prospective buyers round and did not always get feedback from Warners. However once tenants left and Warners took over the showing of the property, feedback was prompt. Did our buying and legal from Warners - would recommend doing this as it made the whole process so much more convenient. Would use this estate agent again.... Read more
