18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We used Savills Exeter to sell our residence in North Devon. The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.
3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I dealt with Stags Exeter Office letting team on a number of apartments. Advice on rents and marketing proved to be correct every time and in documenting deals agreed they were efficient and thorough. Tess, Jackie and the team were a pleasure to deal with and, when asked, even willing to provide generally tenancy advice on matters outside their role. Would I use them again? Without hesitation.

Always professional, even when it gets stressful, Helen was a godsend and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
8th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Offer to buy a house was accepted and it was up to our surveyors to highlight a Grade 2 listing. Whilst Knight Frank ‘empathise’ we are at considerable out of pocket expense. Property now correctly advertised as listed and whatever the background of who claims what, the agent is expected to have carried out due diligence to confirm facts of what they are marketing. Knight Frank Exeter blame their customer and empathise with potential buyer where legislation states an agent must disclose all information before costs related to surveying or conveying are undertaken. However, this shoddy outfit shirk all responsibility; what a reflection of where we are in todays world. Referring to ombudsman as customer service are running on pastoral ‘empathy’ rather than address a problem where potential buyers remain considerably out of pocket. Our contract was with Knight Frank and their codes of ethics and standards where due diligence is the foundation. The Exeter office has failed miserably to address their duty of professional responsibility. Buyers (and sellers) beware! (investigation response was that "we didn't know, not out fault") With a pending county court claim all is resolved!

2nd Dec 2017 (6 years ago)We recently bought a property in Kingsbridge. Nicky the agent was friendly and supportive throughout. She answered all questions by return and kept us, the vendors and our solicitors up to date. We would certainly recommend Stags.

The staff at this office are extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly. Once I had engaged their services I had nothing more to do and the whole experience was stress free. The whole team at Bradley’s work together and they are aware of every aspect of the sale as it progresses Thank you all at Bradley’s Paignton for allowing me to continue my normal life without having to worry about anything and for that I will be forever grateful.

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The Coastal House were a pleasure to deal with when I was looking for a new home in Dartmouth. Being very new to the area they were very helpful in helping me understand what I needed and were supportive and never pushey towards any particular property. They went out of their way to allow me to view properties at short notice as I had a limited time to complete my search and this made all the difference. Both the Dartmouth and the Kingswear office are brilliant at following up, making recommendations and ultimately assisting with the purchase process. I rather ambitiously aimed to complete before April back in early January and this has happened due to their relationship with the recommended solicitors and their willingness to chase and communicate between parties effectively.

If they had actually checked the surname, they would have found a local property being rented. I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*
