1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Just about to complete the sale of my late parents' house with Lang T&C (Plymstock) & I've been delighted with their service. The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.

They were also close to the developers when we raised questions. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. Then once we had a buyer they really made the difference, staying focused and helping us, and our solicitors, to iron out all the inevitable problems that develop during the process of reaching exchange. We couldn't speak highly enough about them and will certainly use them again in future if we ever have the need.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and she works tirelessly to help both parties in a transaction achieve a good outcome. We cannot overstate how good she is. 8th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Rendells Lettings in newton abbot.<br><br>We expressed serious interest in a rental property in early May, provided documents immediately, travelled down from Oxfordshire to see if we could view the house, followed up multiple times by email and phone, and even visited the office in person (told them it was an 8 hour drive for us). After which we got not one call or email from the person who runs the lettings dept. Throughout the process we were repeatedly told that the landlord would “come back with further instructions,” but after more than a month we still received no proper update or clear answer.<br><br>And also they told us that they get so many applications they just don’t care and will not respond to anything. They refuse to do online viewings (which all the other agencies are willing to do), don't respond to applications (after you have filled out given them your life on paper basically). Complete limbo.<br><br>Meanwhile, the property remained advertised online the entire time!<br><br>What made the experience frustrating was not necessarily losing out on the property, but the complete lack of communication and basic courtesy. Calls and emails went unanswered, timelines were unclear, and we were left unable to plan our own housing situation despite explaining that notice had to be given on our current tenancy.<br><br>Other agencies we dealt with in Devon were far more professional, responsive, and respectful.<br><br>Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rendells Lettings, other agencies in Devon are far far better and I can’t recommend them enough, Rendells lettings in newton abbot was in 25 years of renting through agencies the very worst experience i have ever had, take my advice and don’t do it
