The first contact was with Mark Smith who was very polite and professional at the valuation appointment. He was very tactful in explaining how he arrived at his valuation ( as the property needed major updating) and suggested that the auction route might be a good option. The picture and drone footage on the listing were very good. As we decided on the auction route we didn't really need to speak to Smith and Friends after the listing went live.... Read more
