Thank you to everyone involved.<br>Jessops are not the cheapest agents, but you get what you pay for. And as I have had experience of four different local estate agents in the last three years, I would still go for Jessops in the future if we needed to.<br>Thank you to all involved

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>The agency seemed to have a poor understanding of the local market, communication was consistently lacking, and the sale ultimately took over 10 months to complete.<br><br>From the beginning, I felt the property was poorly marketed. There also appeared to be a lack of transparency with prospective buyers regarding the fact that the property was realistically suited to cash buyers, which caused unnecessary delays and complications.<br><br>Communication was one of the biggest issues. There were numerous occasions when I tried calling and simply could not get through, and at times I found the attitude I received dismissive rather than helpful.<br><br>At one stage, I even found myself having to advise the agent on how the negotiations should be handled because there seemed to be very little urgency or effort being put into progressing the sale. Eventually, after having phone calls and emails not responded to, I contacted the manager that took over the case, which did improve things somewhat, but the overall service was still far below what I would expect from an estate agency handling the sale of a property. How can it take over a week and me practically begging to get a response to hear from an agency?<br><br>After more than 10 months, I came away extremely disappointed with the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and attentive agent who will actively work to sell their property, communicate consistently and make them feel that the sale is in capable hands. You should seriously improve the level of service.- 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I am renting my property out through Manners and Harrison, after looking at the all of the mainstream firms and going into branches they were the most supportive and engaging at the first point of contact. I dealt with Katie in the Stockton branch she answered all of my questions gave me lots of useful information without being pushy or feeling like it was a hard sell,I was gathering the details needed to make my choice and after sitting down with Katie and others it was obvious which company to go with.<br><br>Katie backed up by Lee did not disappoint they supported me in person on the phone and by email, walked me through the process and waited patiently whilst I was sorting solicitors and other issues.<br><br>When it came advertising and viewing it was completed within a week and offers were on the table, I used the full management service so they took care of all of the legalities and tenants were in place within 2 weeks from advertising.<br><br>I look forward to a good working relationship with Katie and the team

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

Went on holiday to USA and carried on responding to emails, arrive home and they've sold the flat to someone else. I'd even instructed th solicitor they recommended to represent me. Very very dissapointing beaware of this of looking for property in Whitby.

They made the whole experience straightforward with clear communication and even when there was a last minute hitch they managed to get the chain back together. Bev was an absolute star! They worked together as a very friendly and efficient team and I am extremely grateful to all of them for making the sale happen. Definitely the best agents I have ever used.

Jon gave us a fair and realistic valuation for the property and his write up and supporting photographs were excellent. All members of Hope & Braim who we encountered were efficient and friendly and gave us confidence in our choice of estate agent. We have already recommended H&B to friends who are looking to sell their property in the near future.

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

14th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Speaking as a seller, the service from Harvey Brooks was professional and productive, in that a buyer was already on the books and looking for a house like ours. This was great. Selling can be a painful and frustrating business but HB managed to keep us informed and our buyer onboard over what proved to be a lengthier process than expected. There was neither a downward chain nor upward but various legal difficulties emerged in the sale of an 1850's property, which proved to be extremely time consuming. My advice, choose your solicitor carefully, with experience of old, but incomplete for the modern era, title deeds. A lot of common sense would help on both or more sides.
