Behind the scenes Joanne was in constant communication with any updates on how proceedings were going. This is the third house dealing that we have used Roseberry Newhouse, two were for buying properties and the third was for selling a property. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Really disappointed with NGU Homes, asked for a tenant reference, lost the email, 5 days later still waiting, staff I spoke to refused to do anything except pass the email on and said "Well you just have to wait". Thanks for nothing.

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

Went on holiday to USA and carried on responding to emails, arrive home and they've sold the flat to someone else. I'd even instructed th solicitor they recommended to represent me. Very very dissapointing beaware of this of looking for property in Whitby.

They found us the right buyers quickly and were pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend this office with particular thanks to Bev for sticking with us.

Jon gave us a fair and realistic valuation for the property and his write up and supporting photographs were excellent. All members of Hope & Braim who we encountered were efficient and friendly and gave us confidence in our choice of estate agent. We have already recommended H&B to friends who are looking to sell their property in the near future.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. Thank you to you and your team. I will recommend you to anyone who is willing to buy,lettings ,organising eviction and repairs of properties ,for your professionalism, support and property lettings and sales expertise.

22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Paul at Ewe Move sold our home in Cleckheaton and was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more.<br>Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately.<br>Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers.<br>All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.

From marketing my property through to its sale in no time at all, was kept updated frequently on the progress of the sale and carried out all necessary checks etc.<br>Great service thanks.
14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Speaking as a seller, the service from Harvey Brooks was professional and productive, in that a buyer was already on the books and looking for a house like ours. This was great. Selling can be a painful and frustrating business but HB managed to keep us informed and our buyer onboard over what proved to be a lengthier process than expected. There was neither a downward chain nor upward but various legal difficulties emerged in the sale of an 1850's property, which proved to be extremely time consuming. My advice, choose your solicitor carefully, with experience of old, but incomplete for the modern era, title deeds. A lot of common sense would help on both or more sides. But HB helped get our sale completed by regularly liaising with all parties and that is what mattered in the end.- 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Kathryn was professional and very knowledgeable we secured a sale very quickly and she was proactive in making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.
