After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>The agency seemed to have a poor understanding of the local market, communication was consistently lacking, and the sale ultimately took over 10 months to complete.<br><br>From the beginning, I felt the property was poorly marketed. There also appeared to be a lack of transparency with prospective buyers regarding the fact that the property was realistically suited to cash buyers, which caused unnecessary delays and complications.<br><br>Communication was one of the biggest issues. There were numerous occasions when I tried calling and simply could not get through, and at times I found the attitude I received dismissive rather than helpful.<br><br>At one stage, I even found myself having to advise the agent on how the negotiations should be handled because there seemed to be very little urgency or effort being put into progressing the sale. Eventually, after having phone calls and emails not responded to, I contacted the manager that took over the case, which did improve things somewhat, but the overall service was still far below what I would expect from an estate agency handling the sale of a property. How can it take over a week and me practically begging to get a response to hear from an agency?<br><br>After more than 10 months, I came away extremely disappointed with the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and attentive agent who will actively work to sell their property, communicate consistently and make them feel that the sale is in capable hands. You should seriously improve the level of service.
20th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

They made the whole experience straightforward with clear communication and even when there was a last minute hitch they managed to get the chain back together. Bev was an absolute star! They worked together as a very friendly and efficient team and I am extremely grateful to all of them for making the sale happen. Definitely the best agents I have ever used.

22nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
