We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx
14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Staff rude abusive, whilst working on a property trades man and estate agent dumped a large amount of commercial waste in a neighbouring property, when approached they became abusive and threatened a resident as well as an enforcement officer. After contacting Bridgefords to resolve this issue they denied any involvement and when evidence was provided they phoned the police and made a false report about being threatened. I would advise you do not contact this company. This business name is also a front for several rogue landlords.- 15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Having been looking for quite a while for a property in Whitby we have found this branch to go over and above. The staff are always professional, while being incredibly friendly and supportive. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making me a very happy homeowner (finally!)

I have used Leapfrog in the past for letting properties but it had been ages since I had sold one. Sarah and Heather made sure everything was fully explained and that I was kept informed at every step of the sales process. Great service.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication in terms of performance of the adverts, and options I may be able to take to speed up the sale of the property. I felt it was just left to sell itself, or at least I was not updated as to otherwise.

They managed to sell our property within a couple of weeks, obtaining the full asking price. They used great initiative in introducing our purchasers to the property ,and also helped to ensure a speedy completion by maintaining good lines of communication throughout. First class service from a friendly , approachable and supportive team . We would reccomend Hope and Braim with confidence . Thankyou to all the team.

My property was with Michael Poole for six months getting nowhere and cost me £3k plus to leave empty until I put it on with Progression Properties. Amazing, five stars all day ????
