Steven (owner) went above and beyond to help us and in the end we saved money rather than loosing. Would recommend.

12th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Poor communication, unprofessional approach. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agent. It takes ages for them to get back to you, you have to chase them daily as if it’s not in their interest to let the properties they have. Avoid.
16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

19th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Whilst the actual sale cannot be completed until Probate is granted, Keatons explained this to buyers who are prepared to wait a reasonable time. They are polite and easy to talk to and their knowledge of the area the property is in is exceptional. This guided the price the property was marketed at and led to a reasonable offer which I accepted. Top notch people to deal with which is reassuring especially as I live many mils from the property!- 27th May 2021 (3 years ago)Although they did not sell our property I could not have got a better service and feedback. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.

Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
