Absolutely horrible experience which to be honest I didn’t expect from such a brand as Chestertons!!! We had 3 flats rent it through them and for all of them with any exception half of our security deposit was retained against the law and totally unjustified!!! We paid huge amount of rent for some 1 bed which basically were some converted studio without any support when have issue in the apartments. Therefore we give the flats back with notice because of this and without any reason in all properties half of our security deposit was held so pleas make sure you will not end up in the same position as looks like this is like a habit from what we observe.... I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service. On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.... Read more

1. When moving in they forgot to do inventory check 2. They came in after moving in to do an inventory check and left a massive stain on the carpet. 3. They never cleaned the place and asked the landlord to still pay the fees for cleaning. Never disclosed that the neighbours were noisy in downstairs restaurant. They finish business at 11:30 but remained in the premises until 4:30 am play cards and drinking alcohol. This said restaurant owner physically assaulted me and when I approached the letting agents to end the contract citing safety concerns, showed no empathy towards me and insisted that it was a personal matter and tehy were not responsible for it. I've had an absolutely horrible time dealing with them and would never ever deal with them again!... Read more

Please can I give negative stars? :) no joke. I'm an international student, a lazy person who will not bother writing a review if it wasn't this bad. I've used different kind of estate agents and this is worst (record breaker on my worst list). The worst part is the agents and their ability to speak professionally. Just reading an email will make you throw away your phone :) Negotiator - disappear mid way after paying etc etc .. way too many problems to write Currently asking for a mail box key that they never give me because before I move in they lost the key. Has been 3 weeks they still "working on it" even after me sending them email daily reminding them. (hasn't been solve) Broken things before I arrive has not been fix after 3 months of requesting " Investing in that matter" (still haven't been solve) etc etc... rip I've wrote too many .. use it if you must, Avoid it if you can guys Review will change after everything solve :) If you still see this post that means nothing has been solved.... By far the worst estate agents I have ever come across in my life. Handed in my notice after a few months of my contract as I could no longer bare to deal with this company. People would come and go as they please into my property without my consent. on many occasions I would come home from work and find strangers in my apartment! when I confronted them, they told me that they would come and go as please without proving the legal 24 hour notice. They also locked me out of my own flat on one occasion. The staff are rude and threatening. My card also went missing when the cleaner was attending the property. Had the worst experience possible with this company and would advise anyone to stay well away.... Read more
