Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.

I have let our property through Hamptons Islington since 2008. It's always a seamless process. Charlie who runs the office is always on hand to help with anything. In fact I messed up with my Gas Safety (this week) and Charlie organised someone to go around within the hour and with no hassle to me. George is a superstar and has rented our apartment out the last few times. He's the guy to see if you are looking for a place in Islington! Can't recommend them more highly

I had been having some problems renting my lovely flat in Islington so I decided to ask for Hampton's help. Within 3 days my properly was rented and then I proceeded to go through the most painless experience I had ever had, with customer service like we all dream of. George was consistently going that extra mile, but to be honest all the staff were fantastic.

We first tried to let our house in De Beauvoir Town with another agent and failed miserably. Hamptons were our second choice but the contrast couldn't have been greater.
Everything they have done has been outstandingly professional. For instance, they always respond within hours to any concerns we might have.
Most important of all, within weeks they found us the ideal tenant.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them to other landlords looking for an agent.
