5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS! Paid for a full survey for my home, not simply a valuation survey. Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. I would have serious doubts about the competency of this firm on this basis. A builder was able to confirm within seconds that the load bearing wall had been removed with only visual checks so a chartered surveyor should have no excuses. They might be very friendly but leave you with an unsafe house, so be warned.

The woman running it has had a property in Castleford for 8 weeks and she told us she hasnt had a single viewing because she couldnt be bothered to drive 2 hours for this listing. After 4 weeks of trying to contact her, which btw she never replies to emails, never answers the phone and never texts back, we managed to arrange a viewing. She cancelled the viewing the first time because she didnt want to do a saturday so again after calling several times over 2 weeks we managed to get a viewing for friday at 3pm. She then says shes not showing up because shes going to visit a friend!!! She has no business working in real estate and I feel bad for anyone trying to use her business

So don’t recommend at all…

As you can see they have property in this business park to let. And thanks to my photos you can see it's not a stone wall and ???? next to a road ????

Together with Smith and Graham solicitors made selling easy. My property was with Michael Poole for six months getting nowhere and cost me £3k plus to leave empty until I put it on with Progression Properties. Amazing, five stars all day ????

On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could. The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS! Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately. My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent.
