1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional, read the small print before signing your contract when selling with them. Sold a house and they took it off market not doing all there compliance checks of a ltd company, messed around for over 6 months and could have had another buyer but they decided to take off the market immediately. Buyer pulled out after 6 months of ongoing mortgage applications. William h brown showed no interest to sell the property or market it properly. Save your money, used richard kendall and sold within 6 weeks for a lesser fee as a bonus.

Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel our contract early due to family reasons and Alberta who handled everything for us couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend.

7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)We have just purchased a house through reedsrains castleford branch I would like to thank the whole team for an exclent job we mainly had all our dealings with Alison Hamer who without a doubt was fantastic always chasing things up and keeping us informed at all times as to exactly what our position was with the purchase. I would recommend reedsrains castleford branch to anyone and if we buy or sell again in the future I would defiantly use them again thanks again scott mandy

3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Having such a bad experience with the majority of the estate agent 'big players' in Wakefield...even being discriminated against by one for being outside of Yorkshire...I popped into Martin & Co to see if they could help. I started a job in Leeds and desperately needed a place to move following 7 rejections from other agents.. Monay and Leah from Martin and co treated myself and my partner excellently and with concentrated customer service instead of a way to make a quick buck...they pushed hard to get myself and my partner our dream place and in time for my job start...their service is priceless...Leah even checked in yesterday to make sure the move went well. All I can say is if you want an estate agent who will treat you with value...and as a human being...check these guys out ...they deserve the business more than their competitors.

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

24th Feb 2024 (22 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)They rented an apartment in Selby which was equipped with a washing machine. The property has old style windows which cannot be opened. The washing machine broke, engineer said it was beyond repair. Jigsaw wanted me to buy a new myself, hence breaching a legally binding contract. No reduction in rent. When moved out, they wanted to charge cleaning the windows. These double-glazed windows had mold between the glasses and apparently wanted me to break the glass to clean them. There was mold because the ventilation was substandard and the whole apartment a health risk due to the mold exposure. This is how they treat customers.

18th May 2022 (2 years ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!

Starting with putting together a great marketing package which made our house look better than we could imagine then showing round prospective buyers and handling the resultant negotiations through to a quick sale. The whole process was as smooth as could be and we were kept informed and consulted consistently along the way. We can’t recommend EweMove enough.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
