19th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I would not recommend this agent due to a lack of contact with any progress on my property and not any acting upon any of my recommendations or instructions. There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!

27th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)After or sale fell through and we decided not to sell, gates estates refused to give us or upfront payment of £1100 back saying it was non refundable. This wasn’t mentioned at the signing of contract only this was a deal which was used to compete with the internet agents which had to be paid upfront. The contract even says refundable after 21 days notice and nothing about no refunds. The matter will be dealt with through the small claims court. A very stupid act from Ryan gates as i doubt gates estates will be trusted in birdwell hoyland and hoyland common by the time I’ve done.
