6th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)They have my property listed for sale in conjuction with Iamsold without any authority to do so. Having tried calling Bridgfords and Iamsold neither want to take ownership and the property still remains up for sale. I have never engaged with either companies to sell the property so i have no idea how the property has been listed.

8th Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

Nothing was too much trouble. I genuinely believe that if I ever had any issues moving forward she would be more than happy to help. Even after signing on the dotted line. Great service, she’s an asset to YourMove. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you

The photographer was highly professional , the office staff were very knowledgeable and Coryne went above and beyond helping with solicitors and generally making sure the transition of the sale went smoothly.

2nd Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She was so helpful throughout the whole process. Gemma and Danielle also kept us fully informed and provided an excellent service. We highly recommend Martin & Co as the service we got from the whole team was exceptional.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.
