They chased everything up from start to finish ensuring the whole process was smooth and assisted in dealing with bottle necks.<br>I really appreciate this and I cannot thank you enough. 10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)We have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas.<br>From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated .<br>Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble.<br>Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances.<br>We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough .<br>Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home ??????

21st Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
26th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.

10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)From start to finish Richard Kendall were first rate. They were prompt with the valuation, production of sales literature and listing the house on the market. A sale was agreed quickly and this was due in part to the excellent social media presence the property was given. The sale was managed by Karen Marijewko whom I found very professional, approachable and friendly. Karen communicated with me at every stage throughout the sale giving me the information that I required. I would highly recommend.

Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. Thank you to all the fabulous team keep doing you are the best x
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

The photos were very professional and really showcased our house, arranging viewings was easy and Jody conducted the viewings mainly which again was great, so THANK YOU<br><br>The chain wasnt straightforward and VERY stressful at times but Lucy was also there on the other end of the phone guiding me through and really helped me become a little less stressed.<br><br>Would highly recommend to friends and family
