21st Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.
26th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

I would particularly like to single out Beckie Atton for her attention to detail, her prompt and helpful responses and for guiding us through a difficult situation with the new legislation, notice to tenants and the resulting successful sale of the property.
6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
3rd Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)We recently completed our house sale with Logic, which has been a long time coming with several delays (not by logic!) and they have been top tier throughout. They are flexible, will carry out viewings or let you show potential buyers around if it suits better. Megan is extremely responsive, both via email and WhatsApp which makes everything that little more seamless. Thank you to Megan and the rest who have been involved, I would recommend each time. Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Redroots for a smooth, reassuring and efficient sales experience.

Joe and Stewart have been fabulous and took our sale through to completion very quickly. Communication was flawless, we were kept regularly up to date and they gave great advice and support as the offer came in and sale progressed. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use Haart again in the future.
