9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Tried to arrange a viewing. Viewing only available on a certain day at a time i could not make, due to working. Didn't seem interested in trying to work with the seller to accommodate a suitable time and date i would be able to attend. Surely it would be in William H Brown's interest to work with both parties to secure a possible sale. Very poor customer service imo

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch. Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times. Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time. My thanks to everyone at Richard Kendal whose services I totally recomend. John Makinson
5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS! Paid for a full survey for my home, not simply a valuation survey. Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. I would have serious doubts about the competency of this firm on this basis. A builder was able to confirm within seconds that the load bearing wall had been removed with only visual checks so a chartered surveyor should have no excuses. They might be very friendly but leave you with an unsafe house, so be warned.- 19th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property. I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic and progressing. The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient. Thanks to Sam and her Team.

24th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.
17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
