I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.
23rd Jul 2020 (4 years ago)Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness What an absolute atrocious and useless company. I have been trying to get a hold of Andrew to talk about a property in which had an offer accepted on (which is currently going through my solicitor) only to be blanked and ignored! I have finally received an email to tell me that the seller no longer wants to sell to me - no reason given. They have not also informed my solicitor. They have wasted my time and my money, and also have been wasting my solicitors time!! AVOID!!!!.....Useless you like being ignored, then to be emailed in an unprofessional manner!

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
16th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

17th May 2025 (30 days ago)We changed estate agents after 4 months to Haybrooks and went online Friday 16th May 2025 with them . Nestledin seem to care more about obtaining as many properties on they can on their portfolio which made getting new photographs etc take up-to two weeks or more waiting time , we also didn’t have any contact from them about an appraisal of how the sale was doing and could we amend or improve anything .

4th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

They are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , they put me at ease from first contact . I was really impressed with the photographs and video that Jody made of the Property and I was kept updated throughout . I felt like I was in safe hands from start to finish and would highly recommend
