16th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

James was very professional, prompt and always kept us in the loop with regards to the progress. 3rd Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Also handled malicious attempts from the couple next door who tried to sabotage our sale. Diplomatic and effective in mediation and his was really above the call of duty. Tailored and catered to your needs. Everything checked and in order with the landlords so as a tenant you get to rent good properties that are well maintained with correct certificates for all appliances/gas etc. I would highly recommend there services to renters/prospective landlords buyers and sellers. 3rd Dec 2024 (20 weeks ago)Awful and appalling experience with this agency. I am not sure what is wrong with them. I get a feeling that they choose only British clients, discriminating hugely . I never want to deal with them again even if they had my dream property . The communications with were very poor -- badly composed emails, never return calls, we got to chase them. Not a good experience. I will report them on Rightmove too- 8th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)Friendly knowledgeable and honest! Fast & efficient service from day one, Great pictures and brochures. Returns calls very quickly if not available when you phone. Nothing is too much trouble, We have sold many houses and Mark and his son Jacob are by far the best.

8th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I am so fortunate to have been really well looked after by Anthony and Emily during the sale of my little piece of heaven in beautiful Thirsk .I felt totally relaxed as they were both so empathetic and extremely professional throughout .Simply delightful felt as if they were so kind in every way alleviating the stresses that occurr with the sale of a property ....almost as if they were family members .SO extremely dedicated and hardworking I was sad to have to sell my little piece of heaven but on a positive note realize how very fortunate I was to be in such capable hands Couldnt recommend highly enough!

Regarding the whole moving experience they were excellent at chasing information to enable momentum to be maintained throughout. Simply can't fault the entire team.
