After several months of trying to sell our property we put it in the hands of Hope and Braim. They managed to sell our property within a couple of weeks, obtaining the full asking price. They used great initiative in introducing our purchasers to the property ,and also helped to ensure a speedy completion by maintaining good lines of communication throughout. Emma, Jon and the girls have been absolutely fantastic in selling my Mum's home in Whitby. I don't live in Whitby so most of our interactions have been remote. I met Jon in person for the valuation and found him very knowledgeable and personable. The valuation was spot-on! Emma and team took care of all of the communications from there and also took care of all of the viewings. They have found us some really nice first time buyers who I'm sure will look after Mum's home as much as Mum and Dad did for all of those years. I highly recommend Hope and Braim estate agents. Thank you to all of you for everything you have done!

Hope and Braim made the inevitably stressful process of house selling a relatively stress-free experience. They were always helpful, friendly, professional and prompt in replying to enquiries. The property description was excellent and the brochure very well-presented. We had a buyer within a week! One viewing, one buyer and at the asking price. What more could we have asked for. Fantastic level of service from the whole Hope & Braim team, from photography and advertising, to negotiating, to then selling. The team kept me updated with progress of the sale very well, and communicated everything exceedingly well in comparison to past experiences with other estate agents. I also got recommended a solicitor, who were excellent throughout the sale. The whole process of selling my late mum's house was made easier by the H&B team, and I can't thank them enough.

Our brochure was beautifully presented with superb photos and a drone video online. Faye at H&B did all the viewings for us and matched our property with the perfect buyers.
I don’t think anyone could have done a better job than Hope & Braim.

Hope and Braim were professional and efficient from the moment we rang them, right the way through to completion. Every member of the team we dealt with, whether on the phone, via email or face to face, could not have been more helpful or supportive. Jon came to view and value the house. Unlike others that had quoted for us, he took the time to measure up the house in order to get an accurate size of the house, rather than simply see it as a 3 bed semi, so that he could value the house accurately and know how to pitch the sale of the house to potential buyers. Similarly, when things got a little bogged down with solicitors, the rest of the team were always on hand to either let us know what was going on or to make contact with the rest of the chain via our buyers. We would definitely recommend them.
