I moved to West Lothian about 5 years ago and up until that point, apart from buying & selling houses, I never had the need to seek out legal services. That soon changed . . . Sorting out my parent’s estate after they both died intestate, selling my aunt’s house when she was assessed as having no capacity and going into care and a requirement to update my own Personal Will and Power of Attorney documentation all seemed to happen one after the other. I sought out Stewart Watt & Co. after they were recommended to me and I have been delighted with the service, advice, knowledge, efficiency and professionalism I received from their solicitor/partner Zara Mair.
