With so many estate agents to choose from we had spoken to a few before we decided to go with Property Webb. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and put any concerns we had to rest.
We explained what we needed and we got what we wanted.
Sam and Lisa both carried out the viewings on our property and kept us updated every step of the way. We had a lot of viewings and you could see from the social media exposure we received it was a constant focus to keep our property visible in the market place.
Such a friendly service, so easy to speak to and very knowledgeable, they did not disappoint. We would highly recommend.

First time selling a house and with 2 young children and a mountain of toys, it was a bit daunting. Sam came to take the marketing pictures and made our home look amazing. Lisa took charge of majority of the viewings and kept us informed of what viewers thought. After a few weeks we had offers and again Lisa kept us informed about what was happening.

Property Webb were very professional and knowledgeable. Their fees were very competitive and included viewings. I found myself in a position where I had to move fast to get my property on the market and Samantha and Lisa put everything in place- organising the home report survey and marketing photos, video and drone filming- producing a very professional marketing advert. It was all very straight forward and easy. Lisa organised and led all the viewings and was extremely good at feeding back any notes of interest etc. My property sold in less than a week and the after care continues.
