But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. 23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)They lied about a shared access at a property just to get people to look at it. It was a lie and very misleading. This was only a right of way. The minute it was changed nobody came to see the property for sale. but the damage was already done. somebody had agreed to buy it.

25th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service
