Communicated regulatly, explained jargon, helped direct us to where we might find info, and were also available outside of your standard 9 - 5, which was invaluable! I almost want to sell another house!?... if only everyone we'd dealt with was as brilliant as Lily, Rob and the whole crew at LVE.
