24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. But overall I would recommend Carter Jonas.

Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Her personable and highly efficient approach made the whole process run smoothly. All issues that arose were identified quickly by Emma and sorted straight away. She was thorough with both the paperwork and the viewing/moving in. Her efforts made for an outstanding customer experience; this played a significant part in securing me as a tenant. Thank you for a seamless letting process and what has turned out to be the best Christmas present this year - my new home.
12th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.

Stunning photos and marketing and they agreed a sale on our house in less than two weeks. The chain had a few hiccups along the way but we still managed to complete the sale quickly with their help. Communication was amazing and the team kept me fully updated at every step. A special thank you to Hannah, Jayden and Amie for all your help and advice!

I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

Adam and Corrie’s professionalism is outstanding, yet they also come down the clients level to meet their needs. I have never come across such helpful and positive people in this market. Personal Thankyou to Corrie for always ensuing we were updated and helping our sale complete! Corrie you are an asset to Addison Mead and we now have our dream home!
18th Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
