26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)So disappointing. Started off well, then they lost staff, no contact for weeks. Couldn't get through on the phone. New starter - great promise only to be waiting weeks for any update or response to emails. They told me they were going to take steps to find a buyer and 2 weeks later told me they had employed someone else who would be taking the steps they promised to carry out 2 weeks before. No update since that of course and no response to my emails. Don't bother trying to call as you won't get through. I tried three times a day for 2 weeks, never got through and eventually gave up calling. Property initially sold quickly, buyer pulled out due to boiler issues - but I'd provided service record and evidence of minor fix needed, can't prove it of course but doubt the full information was sent across to the buyer - provided all the information and instructions to send to the buyer asap only to be asked a few days later if they were allowed to send it across. It then took them over a week to confirm the buyer had pulled out after I contacted them when the buyer's lawyer advised my lawyer after they chased for progress due to lack of response. Absolutely no movement or viewings in over 3 months but then I've only managed to speak to them once on the phone so I can only assume people wanting to book viewings are not able to get through either. Absolutely abysmal. Seem to spend all their time upselling and onboarding new properties rather than actually selling the properties they have. I'm speaking to other agents and will be getting my notice to finish my contract with them as soon as I am able. Be warned they will include a self-awarded bonus within their contracts and tie you to an initial period of 5 months advertising with them.

I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....
28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Adam at the Belper location. Contacted him about a house in the Belper area. Adam listened to our wish list carefully. He recommended a perfect house for us to view that we had previously not considered. Turns out his recommendation was spot on! We've made an offer on the home and will be calling Belper home in the near future. Adam was great. Recommend him highly.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)The team at Kent Estate Agencies were fantastic throughout the process - we recently purchased a property in Tankerton and they supported us from start to finish - arranging viewings, providing excellent communication between the sellers, solicitors and ourselves, and really working to remove any obstacles to the purchase when exchange got a little tricky! We could not recommend the team enough and would not hesitate to use again.

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own. Can’t thank the team enough! 11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)Wow, EweMove really blew it out the water. Just recently sold my first property using them. Cannot comprehend how good they were. We had a valuation completed by several people and instantly knew Danni at EweMove knew what she was doing. So positive, showed us property in the area same as ours, what they went for and what ours was worth. Spent an hour comparing, showing stats etc. Once on the market, sent us Rightmove stats, how many people were viewing, clicking on the link and scrolling, did trendy TikTok videos. She even had a WhatsApp group to keep us informed of viewings (which they do), so so so impressed. Then once the offer was excepted, all the legal stuff was dealt with Diane. Absolutely amazing, so responsive. Went above and beyond, chasing buyers solicitors for info, keep me up to date and was just generally fantastic. 100% recommend this company in Beeston to sell your house, I will be telling any of my friends and family to use this company. So happy with the end results. 10/10 and greatly appreciated. Thanks Luke G
