I've used John German for a number of years now, to sell several houses. I've deal with several of the other Estate Agents in Ashbourne over the past 23 years and never found anyone that comes close to John German. Stuart has always been outstanding as the Manager there and plays a very straight game. Gale has been directly responsible for helping to sell not one, but two houses for me within a week (one the same day as it went onto the market), due to her pro-activity. Sally is the newest member of the team to me, but is clearly as professional and reactive as the rest of the team. Richard Lester, although not a German's employee, has been remarkable at arranging mortgages for me, sometimes in ridiculously short timeframes. It would never occur to me to use any other agent in Ashbourne.

I can definitely recommend John German Estate Agents in Ashbourne to sell your house. I received a fantastic personalised service, which was second to none.
The brochure they produced of our property, provided prospective purchasers with excellent photos of the house both internally and externally, as well as highlighting the key features in each of the rooms; the professional services of an independent photographic service accentuated the main selling points.
The customer service experience was first class, with regular updates about the sale. It took away all the stress associated with moving house, and they dealt with everything as part of their inclusive expert after sales service. I was pleased that this was all included in their competitive pricing and found them giving good value for money.
They are local established estate agents who know the area and can offer the service needed to both prospective sellers and buyers.

So we came into contact with John German in Ashbourne. Totally professional and friendly. Came around to value the house explaining the whole process. We sold and had a long chain but Sally/Stuart looked after us through the whole process. They were great and would totally recommend them. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
