Absolutely first class service. I would definitely recommend Fidler Taylor and would 100% use them again. John and the owner, Joanne who was our ‘go to’ and the rest of the team were lovely, sympathetic and proactive in helping us with the sale of our property. It was definitely a long winded sale but with the help of Jo it definitely helped take some of the stress and anxiety away. She went above and beyond for us and kept trying to see what the hold ups were down the chain (we were at the top) to help us find out what was going I . I have rented a house of these for three years , went away for the weekend came back and the landlady whos name is Margaret Sutton was in my home, needless to say I have reported them for Tresspassing!!! She had gone on my facebook , saw that I was away when she decided to go in to my home without notice despite me following procedures. Booked a viewing with Fiddler Taylor Ashbourne. Travelled all the way from London to Brailsford to view a property. Despite phoning the agent I was left waiting outside the property for an hour. Landlord never arrived and no update call from the agent. I went to the office to find out what had happened. No apology from the agent or the landlord. Very unimpressed at a wasted 7 hour round trip! I hope they do better for other potential clients.... Read more

When moving Home they were sending the new possible tenants at my door to see the house ,I agreed but I knew how very rude and unprofessional that is.
