25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)I contacted Sinclair’s and the property was put on the market very quickly. I found my phone calls answered extremely quickly (no dealing with a non human as is the case nowadays) the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for. My property is sold subject to contract quicker than I expected.
22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Fantastic service from start to finish. The Valuation of the property was spot on and the after service provided by Donna was second to none. Always available to speak to and responded quickly to queries through email. Didn't need to ring my solicitor as the up-dates provided by the Office were on point so saved me time whilst working. Excellent 10/10 and would use again. Fees were competitive against other Agents too.

They have worked with us to adjust the valuation and how the property is advertised and once we had an offer that we were willing to accept, we have been impressed at the professionalism of ensuring our buyers are in the position they claimed before proceeding.

5th Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.
