Having dealt with a different local agent in the past, Beth was a real breath of fresh air. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her support and guidance made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Claire & the team are the most friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive team, and they made the process so unbelievably smooth. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous, especially regarding mortgages and the application process but Lisa and Donna both made the process completely calming and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns, and at any time of day. If you are in Tamworth or local I would absolutely advise purchasing or selling with Greens. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you so much Claire & team for making this the most amazing experience.

When I have reported issues in the past these have been resolved in a timely and professional manner. Very happy and grateful for an agent/tenant relationship ??????

Rebecca met me at the house for a look around and was very helpful and friendly and from then on handled everything exceptionally well , right from when I filled in the application to a week later when I was successful and moved in. A big thank you to Rebecca who made it all an easy and stress free experience.
25th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
27th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Every estate agent's office should have someone like Jade. Totally dependable, incredibly efficient and (perhaps most importantly) persistent. Having said that, all of the Wilkins staff seem to be very good, but Jade is exceptional.
3rd Apr 2026 (7 days ago)My Parents house was already on the market but it didn’t seem to be moving after a few months so we spotted Bayzos & decided to ring & get them out. Phill promptly came out to value my late parents house, what a really lovely guy, he was very professional & extremely compassionate as he understood this wasn’t an easy process for us, he took time to explain everything that we needed to know & was completely honest. We were extremely pleased with Phill & Bayzos and to be honest was gutted that we in the end we didn’t need them. As we suddenly we got an offer on the house and we accepted. Sadly we had to ring Phill and let him know we had an offer and couldn’t continue to use Bayzos . Phill was great & very understanding and told us if we needed anything, he was there for us to give us any advice. Even in the later weeks while the sale was going through he was still checking in every so often seeing if everything was going ok. So if ever in the future we need an estate agents Bayzos will definitely be top of the list .

2nd Apr 2026 (8 days ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.
