She had so much patience and chased when I needed her to without complaint or delay. Without Jordan's effort I would not have completed before Christmas, she knew this was important to me and did everything in her power to make this happen. Jessica and Rob were also brilliant when Jordan was out of office. They really are a fantastic team. The little goodie box when I completed was such a lovely touch and shows that they really care. Thank you!!

22nd Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

You really feel like they care, they're cheerleading everything to go through with you. Megan, Abi & Laura all deserve special mentions. 9th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Hands down the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. We have just completed our house sale with Your Move Swadlincote in 9 weeks with Christmas in between. Ann came out and valued the house absolutely spot on and put together a great brochure and got us online. Lynne then took over with the handling of our property and was proactively sending our brochure to prospective buyers, providing us with weekly updates and within 5 weeks we were sold with the perfect buyer. Lynne then helped the sale run so smoothly and again was calling and emailing regularly with updates. We cannot fault Your Move Swadlincote one bit. Lynne and the team were amazing from start to finish and we highly recommend using them to sell your home.

29th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend. There was constant communication throughout, and if I needed clarity on certain issues the team was there to assist. There are many Estate Agents on the market, but if you want someone to go the "extra mile" you will not find anyone better.
