We had a viewing last weekend and the lady who showed us around did not know anything about the property so we left with so many unanswered questions. We are still yet to receive a follow up call from the estate agent for feedback and whether we are interested in making an offer. If i were the homeowner, i wouldn't feel satisfied this estate agent are doing everything they could to sell my home.

What a team!!! They pulled out all the stops for us through a very difficult period. The knock-on effect of Covid caused us endless problems and without Andy and his team to support us with their professionalism and understanding we would have given up.

Louise Stafford and her lettings team are fantastic i would highly recommend them to manage your investment .They not only manage your investment they increase it with the systems they have in place .These include regular property inspections ,hiring of reputable local contractors ,emergency assistance for Tenants and Landlords all year round .Louise i have to say is the best lettings manager i have ever had dealings with .Always returns your calls or emails always has time to discuss any problems with the property and is very knowledgeable with the legal side of lettings and the ever changing rules around this .The other massive compliment i can say is Louise cares about helping and supporting people and that is rare .

The staff at the Atherstone Lettings office looked after us brilliantly through our move. We have rented through them for 6 years and have moved to another property through Howkins & Harrison recently. I would be very reluctant to rent through anyone else as they have been so helpful, informative and always ready to listen and advise. A smooth and stress free experience and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolute waste of space.. faulty electrics... gas leak... broken front and back doors... list is endless, complained for nearly 3 years and all u get of them is... we have sent an email to the landlord!!! All they want is money money money. And the staff are RUDE!!

I rented from Howkins and Harrison's and had many problems with the rented property. This included a leaky window, that went un-fixed for over 3 months, which caused damp and mould on the wall.
