Katie in the team is equally lovely to deal with, always professional, friendly and helpful. Both are a real credit to the branch and give me complete confidence that my property is in good hands. When the solicitors were not very good at communicating Xchange really helped bridge that gap and do chasing on our behalf, which was massively appreciated too. Would definitely recommend
