Good experience from sale to sold.<br>Would of liked a little more correspondence weekly as the buyer was cash buyer & needed quick exchange & property was empty .could of been down to solicitors but overhaul took.12 weeks from start to them getting keys.<br>I would recommend Ben Rose .Look like have good reputation in Bamber bridge area for properties at the correct pricing .We sold within 7days ....
