1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
2nd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

Kara was professional and very knowledgeable when she came to value the property which filled me with confidence. Aimee has kept us upto date with bookings and feedback via texts, voicemail and emails so we felt updated throughout. A bonus we have sold STC within 3 weeks, fingers crossed it goes through as smoothly as it started.

Marie did the valuation, she was thorough and explained everything, she gave me hints and tips to make the best impression to viewers. As it was, the first person to view, put an offer in, which I accepted. Emily in the Barton office was polite, friendly and professional. They both made the process pain and stress free. I definitely recommend the Barton upon Humber office to handle your house sale

18th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)I don’t write reviews often, and if I do it has to be for a good reason. I can say without a doubt that beercocks have been brilliant! We were unsure at first at putting our beloved family home on the market, but we have been presently surprised with the service we’ve received. Jack managed our sale and he is the most lovely person, so kind and genuine and we felt that nothing was too much. I used to message him panicking about things and he always made time to talk us through everything and reassure us. From start to finish it’s been a really good experience, slightly more expensive than some agents out there but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Thank you Jack and team for all your hard work.??
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
