1st Oct 2024 (19 weeks ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
2nd Sep 2022 (2 years ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

Even when I've had a wobble she has remained calm and guided me through everything. So easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend these guys.

21st Sep 2024 (21 weeks ago)Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Thankyou for all you have done for us. ??????????

31st Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
