1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
2nd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We were very impressed with the service we received from Lovelle. The supporting evidence for their valuation gave us confidence that they were the right choice for us. Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

Jack and Courtney were very approachable and professional and even got us more than we were asking for! Highly recommend Beercocks. We would definitely use them again.

11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend Lovell enough. From the moment we met Eve for a valuation, we got a really good feeling that they were the right agent for us. The valuation was spot on, we sold in less than a week and they host all the viewings for you so it takes the stress away. All our viewings were arranged back to back on a Saturday to limit inconvenience. Lee who hosted the viewings took the time to visit beforehand and make notes on everything so he was fully prepared and knowledgable to answer any questions and promote the house at its best. Eve has been great following the sale keeping on top of the chain to make sure all ran smoothly right up until completion. I’m not moving again but if I were to, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I recently both sold and purchased a property through Rezee, and both aspects of the move were managed brilliantly. George, the owner, was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring when he came to value my home. The house was photographed and listed within just a few days, and we accepted an offer less than two weeks later, which suited our timescales perfectly. Regarding the purchase, Rezee requires an upfront deposit to secure a property. Although I was a little unsure at first, I ended up really liking this structure as it deters time-wasters and provides genuine peace of mind for all parties involved. I also want to give a special call-out to the office team—Katie, Fran, and Amy. I naturally had a lot of questions, and they played a massive part in supporting the process and proactively chasing solicitors to keep things moving. Thank you all for helping us secure our forever home.
