22nd Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!- 2nd Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent turn around and very competitive prices. The staff are well mannered and are happy to awnser a variety of queries.

K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly.
