Youngs Residential has been by far the best estate agent that we have used and the best decision that we could’ve made when it came to moving house. We used Jason and his team to both buy our most recent house and sell our previous house earlier this year. After struggling to sell for almost a year and having used other big name brands to help sell our home without success, we landed across Youngs Residential when Jason showed us around the house that we were to buy. We were so impressed with his quick work and enthusiasm to help us negotiate on securing an offer with the property that we also decided to then list our house that was up for sale with him too. What a refreshing change it was; we sold quickly after and the team were incredibly responsive and easy to get hold of. They worked outside of office hours and we could speak over WhatsApp where needed, which worked so well as my husband and I both worked in the day and often weren’t home until late. With previous agents we found we were calling the office (during our working days/office hours) only for an allocated person to not be in and advising that they’ll call back later, which could often mean the next day or two. All of this frustration completely disappeared when we went with Youngs, the team secured lots of viewings where other estate agents had previously failed, our house was sold for a good price to a couple that really loved it and we got to move into our current forever home as the team kept such good lines of communication open with all parties and worked tirelessly to get us here. I cannot thank them enough and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell in the future!

We met Leon when originally purchasing a property in 2024 and he was their estate agent. Sadly our buyer pulled out and we made the decision to come off the market and re-attempt at a later date. He engaged with me from our first meeting when he came to do the valuation. Leon gave me his honest opinion of the property market and I found him to be completely honest and upfront. I trusted him from the start. After I instructed Leon he kept in constant contact with me. The first person he showed round my house put in an offer over the asking price which surprised us both. Throughout the whole process Leon would chase things up, push for steps to be taken and liaise with myself and my buyer to ensure things ran smoothly and quickly. I've never had great experiences of using estate agents in the past. Youngs completely changed that for me. From day 1 to the final day of completion, they were amazing. They really were with us every step of the way. Fantastic service and very good communication, there were a few issues along the way with both banks and legal items, nothing to do with Leon/Youngs but he and the team were instrumental in helping chase and resolve. Lots of effort was put in to keep us up to date and keep things on track - Very friendly serice too, Leon helped make what is a generally stressful process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Agent Leon Johnson has exceeded all of my expectations with the handling of my sale and purchase, both of which are with him.<br><br>A truly professional and knowledgeable man whom NOTHING is too much trouble for. I have been updated throughout this entire process with honest, thorough and transparent communication. I have been made to feel that there is no stone left unturned and that advice and guidance is there for me, on tap at any time of the night or day. Hard working and polite, it feels like Leon has literally scooped me up and taken care of the whole process for me. We highly recommend using Leon Johnson from Young’s! His customer service is outstanding, and he always goes the extra mile, and keeps in touch via calls and texts regularly with updates! We started off with a big-name High Street, Estate Agent - however, we found the service extremely lacking, and despite the popular name, the estate agent could not sell our house and did not keep in touch with us at all! After taking Leon and Jason’s advice to go with a sole agency with Young’s (which was a daunting thought as we were not selling with 2 agents let alone 1) Leon sold our house in less than two weeks!!<br>We can’t speak highly enough of the service provided, professionalism, communication, and the overall package provided to us by Leon at Young’s. If you value customer service, and want to sell your house, these are definitely the people to go to!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could as it’s what’s deserved!
