From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. Very proactive and helped to resolve a few last minute hic-ups. Would highly recommend.

I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.

30th May 2026 (15 days ago)We were not living in the flat during the sale process and Nash & co were very helpful in dealing with a couple of issues so that we didn't have to travel a long way back to Bath.
