Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

Warm and friendly when we first met her at the property and with all correspondence post that first viewing she has been professional as well as amicable. Would highly recommend using Jackson - Stops for the service they provide

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.
18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Buying our house through Town and Country was a very refreshing experience. We had been looking for a property for over a year. From the moment we showed an interest in the house we since bought, nothing was too much trouble . We were give access to the property several times, given very accurate information and liaison between the seller and ourselves was carried out very professionally.
3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Awful. Made an offer on a probate property (cash) with no response. Had the feeling there was something not quite right - heard nothing for over a week. Fox's said that they could not contact the family. We had a hunch that the offer had not been put forward. They eventually said the offer had been refused. Lo and behold now looking at HMLR sold prices website the property was sold for £20k LESS than our offer so the family has lost out on £20K. BEWARE!!!!!

My partner and I were first time buyers and didn't know where to start when it came to the process of buying our first home. We were very nervous! Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly. Danielle is an absolute star, we are so glad we found her. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

(17 reviews)16th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. You are not just our Estate Agent Colin selling our home you are our friend who will always be welcome in our new home which you delivered to us as you said you would and for that we will be forever grateful.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
