Absolutely disgusted with my first and last impression with this estate agent. I had no response at all from an email I sent and on calling they acknowledged they had received it but not cared to respond. The gentleman was rude, snobby and very patronising. I enquired about a new property that is not ready for sale but he refused to keep me updated or put me on a waiting list and told me I had to keep a eye on right move if I was interested in this property. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
