We had already sold our home in London when we started looking for a property in the South East. We found Rush Witt & Wilson to have a good variety of properties, but it was our dealings with Ben that was outstanding.
In the whole of the six months we were searching for our home, Ben was one of the very few agents who would give us regular phone calls and listings. Ben provided a very personal service, and when things did seem desperate, he always had honest words of encouragement.
A highly efficient and personable professional to work with. He also had a wonderful sense of humour!!!

The RRW team at the Battle branch couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout the sale of our flat. Their expertise at negotiating and communicating complex and nuanced areas of property law in relation to flying freeholds was fundamental to us being able to complete. There were days when they handled multiple calls and emails to our buyer, our vendor and his solicitor and our solicitor. David, Tim and Harry were superb and completely exceeded our expectations. I think that if it were not for the teams professionalism and dedication, we wouldn’t be in our new home. The quality of photography and marketing materials was also excellent, thanks to Emma. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

From the outset the team at RWW Battle provided us with excellent service through what turned out be a challenging process. I really don’t know how we would have sold our house and therefore bought a new one, without their skill, calmness and professionalism. At every stage the team was able responded to our questions and concerns, with knowledge and understanding. When needed they were able move really fast, and were key in reassuring a twitchy developer to support our purchase as well. I recommend you choose these guys, the market is complex and you need someone like this on your side.

The Battle Office of Rush Witt Wilson are undoubtedly the most hardworking and dedicated team of estate agents it is possible to meet. From the outset, David the office lead and all of his team treated us with respect, courtesy and kindness. We were treated as individuals and what became a very long drawn out process, due to buyers withdrawing, was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but I have to say without a shadow of doubt the Battle branch of Rush Witt & Wilson are the best estate agents we have ever used. We bought our house through them a number of years ago and even though it was a tricky purchase, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we decided to sell our home we did of course get three valuations but really there was only going to be one estate agent we were going to use. David (the manger) is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he as well as the rest of the team (Tim, Emma, Kate and Harriet) went above and beyond when they sold our home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and when you consider the challenges that we are all having in a COVID world, that reassurance and professionalism was priceless. We felt we had drop you a line to let you know how impressed we have been with you, your team and Rush Witt & Wilson in the sale of our house.
We were very confident to give you the contract following the time you spent with us on your initial visit and the consideration you took in both setting the price and the marketing strategy to be adopted.
Next, the quality of the sales particulars and accompanying photography was exceptional: we have previously needed to almost completely rewrite the details for other properties we have sold, but only needed to make nominal changes to produce the final signed off version.
Your staff did an excellent job in the viewings, with fantastic diligence in keeping to Covid guidelines and in their reassurances to us. We were delighted to receive fast and an acceptable offer following your negotiations with the buyers.
Finally, and perhaps more importantly, we have been really impressed with the sales progression. In particular both Hattie and Kate were excellent in chasing the buyers and their solicitors, providing us with regular and timely updates and responding to our requests for information and assistance. All of this achieved during what are very difficult times, and it has to be said with temperamental buyers and their slightly less than efficient and cooperative solicitors.
We are often the first to complain as we feel we have exacting standards, but we also believe in credit where credit is due, so we would appreciate it if you would pass our comments on to your team with our gratitude.

Rush Witt had many viewings on our previously advertised house and sold it relatively quickly in the not so great climate regardless of its previous failings.
Ours was a not so straight forward sale in the end. it took longer than expected and ended up in the spiral of the lock down even though we were ready weeks before. This said the fault was not that of the estate agents or the solicitors. Rush Witt and all those member of staff who dealt with our case were amazing. very informative and chased solicitors and purchasers alike to keep the momentum at all times. all correspondence was professional and response times very quick.
We would highly recommend.

Staff in the Battle branch of Rush Witt & Wilson have been absolutely outstanding during the process of selling our house.
Initially we'd planned for an assessment of the value of our house with a view to putting it on the market once the Brexit storm had passed but David suggested there would be a strong likelyhood of a sale as things stood. We investigated what properties were available for us, realised that moving could be a reality and asked David to make our house available to the interested parties he had mentioned.
We were then visited by Emma who took some lovely picutures of our house and garden and when the brochure was pubished a couple of weeks later David came good on his promise.
Talk about impressed! Viewings started on Wednesday 29 May and 16 people had seen the house by the following Wednesday when we had a buyer!
We then found a new build house that suited our needs, signed up for that and everything looked great - until the buyer of our house pulled out! David said we shouldn't worry because he was confident that we'd get another buyer soon because he knew of several more people who were interested in our property, which was very comforting since we were in danger of losing our new home.
Within days we had another buyer who this time has not let us down and we're due to complete on 20 September but the road to that point has been very stressful. Throughout the process we received regular phone calls from Amy to keep us up to date and that coupled with the confidence exuded by David and all the staff we dealt with help make things easier.
My wife and I have been very impressed with the service we've received from Rush Witt & Wilson, expecially so with regard to David managing to get us such a good price for our house.

I seldom give five star reviews but Rush Witt and Wilson (Battle) have earned them.
There had been little interest in our property so we were looking to change agents when their letter dropped on the mat. They matched our property with a potential buyer and arranged viewings. Negotiations were carried out quickly resulting in a fair price for both parties. We were kept informed at every stage from valuation to final completion.
Whenever we contacted their office, by phone or in person, professional and friendly staff knew who we were and all about our property. All questions were promptly answered and phone calls quickly returned.
Buyers, sellers and solicitors were all kept in the loop leading to as smooth a transaction as these things can ever be.
I can think of nothing about the service they provided that could be improved upon and am delighted to be able to give them a well deserved five stars.
