From start to finish, Lucas was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight all the key features of the property that matched my needs. What stood out most was how approachable and honest he was—there was no pressure at any point, just genuine guidance and helpful insights. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. It’s clear that Lucas truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I left the viewing feeling well-informed and confident, which is exactly what you want when making such an important decision. I would highly recommend Lucas and Beasleys & Partners to anyone looking for a smooth and professional property viewing experience.
10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional. I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. I’ve always been proud to have Wilson Peacock —and especially James Richens.—supporting my property portfolio. They’ve consistently helped me secure the right tenants and have played a key role in enabling my growth over the years. Bran went through everything step by step, and made sure the application went as easy and smooth as possible. He put in a huge amount of effort behind the scenes, going above and beyond to find the most suitable mortgage products for me. I really appreciated how dedicated and supportive he was from start to finish. I’m so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

The team from Jo who values with such enthusiasm , the lovely sales team, who kept me informed after every viewing to Caroline who dealt with everything once a buyer was found are superb. 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
