10th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
15th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)My wife and I have recently brought a house who compass were the acting selling agent. From the start of the process, viewing the house and handling the offer negotiations Lorna and Mark were fantastic and extremely professional. Grant did an amazing job of all the sales progression as at times I did wonder whether delays within the chain would stop the house going through. Thankfully through the hard work from Grant who really did go above and beyond we managed to complete. I would highly recommend to sell your house through this agency! Thank you again!

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I recently rented a place through Northwood Lettings Agents Newport Pagnell and had such a great experience! From the start, the team was super responsive and helpful. They made the whole process really easy and stress-free. When it came time for viewings, they were organized and gave me all the info I needed about the property. What really impressed me was how much they cared about finding the right place for me. The paperwork was a breeze too – they explained everything clearly and made it simple. A special shoutout to Amanda Box – she was absolutely fantastic! Amanda was always quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole process enjoyable. Overall, working with Northwood Lettings Agents Newport Pagnell was fantastic. The team is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to great customer service. If you’re looking to rent a place, I highly recommend them! 25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)27 TROWBRIDGE GARDENS - Warning to potential tenants. Rented this property through Indigo and have had a horrendous experience. Leaks left ignored from the roof and guttering for 8 months to the extent water pours through the ceiling onto our bed. Left with a bath that didnt drain properly for multiple months, with several contractor recommendations to fix ignored until the bath fully blocked again for the 2nd time. Gave access to 8 roofing contractors during the 8 months since reporting the leak, of which the landlords said the contractors were lying, exaggerating or were too expensive. We were blamed as a first resort for the bath pipework being insufficient and for the multiple leaks experienced during our tenancy. Tom at Indigo did his best to help us but continued to say that it was the Landlords discretion/decision and didnt push the repair obligations onto the Landlords. Eva was rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic to all issues we had which resulted in us inisiting on liaising with Tom. Indigo then confirmed upon Landlord terminating our tenancy on the grounds of selling (but now up for let at £100pcm more), that they would not be working with Chris and Sue Hodgkiss again due to their negligence of the repair obligations under the Tenancy, as well as being very difficult to deal with but they continue to work with them. The previous Tenants warned us of the same issues and we fear this will continue to happen. Landlords also live next door and will watch you 24/7, in the bathroom which overlooks their garden, as well as turning up without warning and again breaching the tenancy. Rogue Landlords who have caused us nothing but upset, distress and issues. Disappointed that Indigo didnt do more and lied to us about working with these people. Take caution if seeking to rent this property.

Tracy and Georgina provided focused and detailed weekly updates on the buy/sell chain progression which helped me with clearly understanding the status and therefore enabled me to plan accordingly. The whole Ampthill team, including Daniel from the Bedford branch, were extremely helpful, honest, practical and unpretentious throughout the entire sales process. It was a pleasure to deal with them to the point Urban and Rural provided me with updates before the solicitors did. An absolutely positive experience, thank you.
6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Having been let down by one of the competitors, I was wary of all agents but Aaron was extremely helpful and gave me new hope that I would sell! I I had to move back to Wales before the sale and Aaron was great at popping around to check on things the buyer wanted to know. Extremely helpful and a great communicator who kept me in touch at all stages and gave me great advice (even on my purchase property which was nothing g to do with Connells). Fantastic service and support from Aaron in particular but the whole team were great. Would strongly recommend!

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook! Thank you again for all your hard work, even throughout the stressful time!

The sales literature was excellent - particularly the photography - and quickly attracted several genuine enquiries. Our main contact, David, recommended a Property Solicitor who was also excellent, and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company!
