10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

Ross and Kaisha were both so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, and have continued to give us advice and recommendations re the local area. I would definitely recommend them if looking to sell or buy your home.

She was efficient in replying to my emails which was reassuring as the process of buying a shared ownership property is a bit of a long one and there is a lot of uncertainty at the beginning. I do thank her very much for all her help.

30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Rob gave us a very pleasing valuation of our house and went on to find a buyer within a week. Our onward purchase and move to Surrey has proved to be difficult but with help and advice from Ash, we have been able to resolve the problem with Ash being instrumental in holding the lower chain together. Both Rob and Ash were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.

21st Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly. Thanks Adam, Alex and Debbie for all you did !!

Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he was always on the end of the phone/email to answer any queries with a personalised and professional approach, which showed genuine gratitude to ensure everything ran smoothly. In my opinion communication is key and he was absolutely brilliant with communication as he would call back when a message was left or email back as quickly as possible. As Taylor Made was just a stone's throw away, the market knowledge was excellent the house was priced the house competitively resulting in a quick sale so this was highly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Clive at Taylor Made to others in the area looking to sell, which I already have done. Keep up the outstanding customer service!

19th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have now been in our new home for almost 4 weeks and are very happy with what is our forever home. We purchased through Taylor Brightwell and feel incredibly fortunate that we were given the opportunity to buy it after initially missing out. We didn’t sell our property through Taylor Brightwell however the communication we were provided with throughout the whole process from them was excellent especially from Fiona who contacted us on a weekly basis to update us on the progress. We found her knowledgeable and informative and very pleasant to deal with and were very fortunate to have her keeping us informed. Additionally a mention to Clare who we have previously viewed a number of properties with before our final one as she has always been easy going and informative and never made us feel rushed. Overall they made what is a very stressful process a whole lot better.
