15th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Branch Manager Krystle and team members Jada and Asad did a fantastic job in helping me to sell two properties in the Midlands. I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.
5th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

And with Halls undertaking the client viewings, that was a massive help to our family.! Specific thanks go out to James, Theresa and Louise for their assistance and professionalism throughout the whole house selling process. A 10 out of 10 service.

Communication was clear and honest throughout, attentive to our needs and circumstances, with clear explanations of process. The survey report was done efficiently, effectively, with a timely response. Jenny and James were accessible, polite, professional and supportive throughout.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
19th Aug 2024 (23 weeks ago)Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.

29th Apr 2024 (8 mo. ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

30th Dec 2024 (25 days ago)Very poor customer service. Takes at too long to arrange viewings and too long for call backs. Even lied about trying to call me last week. Arranged a viewing finally, only to get there and the person that was doing the viewing had already left ??? Again no phone call to us. When we called the office, we got told that the agent is very busy. But surely the viewing lasts a good half an hour??? If you’re looking to sell, buy or rent with Dolittle then I’d suggest trying a different agent!

18th Jan 2025 (6 days ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Andrew Grant Stourbridge and Wyre Forest - Stourbridge
Unit 1 and unit 2 Cupola, Spetchley, WR5 1RS(3 reviews)31st Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)We were buying our dream house through Andrew Grant in 2023 and they were selling ours as well, to supposedly make the process easier. I would never use or recommend Andrew Grant for either selling or buying property. Andrew Grant insisted on a £5000 reservation fee for the house we wanted to buy (more than the normal £3000). Andrew Grant then put the house (we thought we were buying) back on the market after just 4 months, but refused to give us our £5000 reservation fee back. At the same time they changed the wording across their website from “the property ‘will’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” to “the property ‘may’ be marked as Sold Subject to Contract” after the buyer pays the reservation fee. The matter is now being dealt with by The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards will hopefully be involved. Buyers beware- do not leave a reservation fee with Andrew Grant! Any buyers or sellers considering using Andrew Grant should read their T&Cs very very carefully before entering into any agreement with them and keep all copies of any correspondence.

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????
