They are so easy to talk to and communication is great with phone calls followed up with E Mails as confirmation. I would thoroughly recommend them , very professional and knowledgeable.
4th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
5th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I recently had a valuation booked with Laura Harvey and I could not recommend her enough. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted to achieve. She was not at all pushy, unlike some other estate agents, and she was not just there to make a commission. She cared about my end goal and helped me to achieve it. I could not be more grateful and would definitely deal with her again should I need to. Thank you so much for all of your advice and support!

We had a very unpleasant experience with the selling process and Lee Shaw provided an excellent professional service. Keeping us fully informed and up to date of developments.I would use them again to sell our property.

(54 reviews)14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I agree with most of the reviews on here; the service D&D offers is painfully slow, and I found a few of the staff pretty rude and unhelpful. We inquired to view a property that was for rent, which I found on Right Move, and when I called up to ask about it, the lady turned around and said if we can offer you a viewing, you'll hear from us and wouldn't talk to me about the property. Two weeks passed, and I received an email to view the house, which we attended. The lady at the viewing was nice enough but told us to contact the office if we were interested, and wouldn't engage in a conversation; except we overheard her talking to the previous person viewing the house, and it pretty much sounded like the deal had already been sealed between them, which is rather annoying as they just wasted our time. The house was nice, and we were seriously interested in the property. I called straight after to advise we would like to proceed, and I was told a telephone interview would happen the following Tuesday. This then got cancelled a few hours later, and despite chasing the office several times, I was told that a telephone interview wasn't guaranteed due to the vast interest in the property and that the property manager wasn't available. We've since viewed another house with another estate agent, signed a contract, and are moving in, which was all done and agreed to in less than a week. Funnily enough the house we viewed is still showing available! I would honestly not waste your time with this company. While I appreciate that you have a lot of interest in lettings, simple manners and basic communication is key.

12th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

She was able to meet nearly all of the prospective buyers, despite being on holiday for part of the time, which I found very helpful when deciding who to sell to.
