We were seeking to buy several properties in Bideford/Barnstaple we visited almost all the Estate agents and Bond Oxborough Phillips were the only agents who bothered to get back to us. They have since proved to be so helpful in both sales and lettings. Their staff have been very helpful and polite and cannot recommend them enough.

From the day Bond Oxborough valued our property until the day it was sold they have very professional, giving advice whenever necessary and contacting us on a regular basis when any viewing were about to or had taken place. Overall we are very pleased with the service they have provided.

We popped in today looking for rental properties and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Margaret. She was so friendly, helpful and a real asset to your team. If only more people that work in estate agents were as nice as her. Also she speaks excellent Swedish. :)

Megan is marvellous! I ve been trying to find a house to buy locally but living 4 hours drive away it is not easy. I ve dealt with a lot of estate agents in the six weeks I ve been looking and a lot of them are good, especially the Webbers staff, but Megan is a notch above. Just had a deal fall through and having looked previously at an interesting property with Megan back in January which is still on the market she got in touch. She is not at all 'pushy'' she is friendly and interested in me as a buyer but also not forgetting she is putting the case for the seller. I phoned her personally to let her know I ve made an offer on somewhere else (it is through Webbers though this time at least) but I wanted to compliment her excellent service; I firmly believe she is a gem and deserves recognition.

We weren't their clients but the team answered every query we had as if we were. Their help went on after we had collected the keys to our new home. Should I have a home to sell, I'd automatically choose them.

????Very friendly service. The guys here have been running a successful business in Bideford for many years now and are very knowledgeable about the area. Since their relocation to the bottom of bridgeland street a few years ago they seem to have gone from strength to strength. A very nice spacious office without being pretentious. A pleasure to do business with.

We bought through Regency when we didn't know the area. We let properties in the Midlands & have got fed up with bad agents, so we're naturally suspect about Regency! I have to say though that Regency were spot on throughout, they did what agents should do - negotiate the pricing & chase things through. Neil has a young proactive team who all seem to be on the ball, they always have time for their customers & make you feel relaxed. Top marks Neil & team, keep it up. Peter & Heather

Morris and Bott provided a fabulous service selling our cottage. Polite, helpful, efficient, highly attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially welcome was the follow up after the sale had been agreed as they phoned the buyers solicitor regularly and kept us well informed. A great team.

Great service - they're even there 'til late in the week. Much easier after work!
